How did you get into the field that you are in today?
It started with me doing funny videos on Facebook . My friends thought I was good at it so I kept making funny videos . One day I decided to do a challenge that was viral on Facebook called the so gone challenge … well when I recorded mine I got a lot of great feed back saying I should taking rapping serious and that’s what started it
What do you love most about your profession?
What I love most about making music is the fact I can be myself …. I make music that I like and if the fans grab on then they grab on but if I don’t like a song I’m not dropping it .. I make music for myself I like going back hearing my music and what I was going through at the time .
Tell us more about what you do?
A man that does it all I got a wife and 2 kids , i co own a online boutique with my wife, im prior military , I take my family and balance music at the same time .
When did you discover that you had a passion for this field?
I discovered my passion when I heard how good i sounding to myself . I knew this was gift and my way of spreading the word ….
Who in your field do you look up to inspire to be like or admire and why?
Yo Gotti is big inspiration to me . I like the way he puts his team before hisself … one millionaire is powerful imagine what 4 or 5 millionaires putting money and ideas together
None of us would be where we are today if it wasn’t for some form of mentorship or free game being dropped on us. What gems do you have to give to someone looking to get into your field?
The best advice I can give someone in this field is love what you doing first … if u love what u doing and you good at everything else gone fall in place .. remember Gods timing if it’s for you it’s for you
How was it growing up? Was it always or were there struggles? What are some of the struggles you had to overcome?
Growing up pretty much was like every other black kid in America only difference I had both parents .. so instead of having one struggling parent I had two . I grew up in the church my father a pastor .Both of my parents worked they ass off to give me and other siblings a chance at life and they did that .
How important is family and friend support? Do they support your business?
I’m real big on family . My mama favorite saying is God first family second . Family and friend support very important and also help with an artist confidence
What would you tell a younger you about life?
If I could talk to my younger self I would say “you don’t know everything, you gotta listen to somebody.”
Who inspired you growing up and why?
My older brother . He was there when my dad had to be at work . So I basically learned everything from him
