Making music and connecting with fans and everyone who supports the movement. Rockin stages and seeing places I’ve never been to as well. That shit be dope…
Tell us more about what you do?
I run a company called LaMaquina, we got a few artists under our label and we are always looking to expand. I do all my own promotion and marketing as an independent company. We keep everything in house
When did you discover that you had a passion for this field?
Back in Highschool, music saved my life. I was gettin into a lot of dumb shit and when I seen battles and freestyles right in front of me, it made me wanna go and start creating my own lane.
Who in your field do you look up to inspire to be like or admire and why?
A lot of legends who came before me and the legends that’s I’ve been able to work with. Slim Thug, Baby Bash, Zro and a few other put me up on a lot of game. Showed me how to make legit music money and grow over the years.
None of us would be where we are today if it wasn’t for some form of mentorship or free game being dropped on us. What gems do you have to give to someone looking to get into your field?
Be consistent, focus on your craft and build from there. This game is a marathon like Nip said, and you gotta be able to keep going no matter what. Promote inside and outside your city and make sure u market your music correctly. Stay active.

How was it growing up? Was it always or were there struggles? What are some of the struggles you had to overcome?
Definitely, that’s why music is so dope. It helps you vent through all the bullshit life throws at you. It also helps me escape and be able to focus on what I wanna make and how I want to present it to the world
How important is family and friend support? Do they support your business?
For sure. My manager is someone I grew up with and everyone knows I have this passion that I’ll always be there. Music will never leave my soul, it’ll always be a part of me.
What would you tell a younger you about life?
Shit happens, stay positive and keep pushin. Everything will fall into place
Who inspired you growing up and why?
Legends, they showed me I could make it out the hood if I really put my mind to it.
